so i was walking through the PSU campus yesterday, when a well dressed man in a three piece suit that i can only assume might have been a professor at this school, he came up to me looking very intent to what i was holding in my hand. He gave a gesture that hinted at the request of a cigarette that i was apparently holding in my hand. his words as he approached me were " do you think" then he paused and said oh as i " said i don't smoke" that whole time i was holding my silver LG cell phone.
what does this story have to do with fashion? EVERYTHING
at the moment he gestured for a cigarette, images of Hollywood and how "cool" and "high fashion" smoking appeared in my head.
to me it is ironic that everyone wants to look like the next young "sex figure" as we take a drag and slowly do the opposite and cause our skin to age us 10 years older then our "youthful" age.
